Dental Cleanings
Keep That Smile Shining

MORE THAN JUST A CLEANING
Did you know your dental hygienist does a whole lot more than just clean your teeth?
Your Visit Starts With Your Oral Health
Your hygienist will assess your gum health and look at how biofilm, the sticky layer of bacteria that builds up on your teeth and gums, is affecting your smile.
If biofilm is left to build up, it can contribute to inflammation, gingivitis, cavities, and eventually periodontal disease. When plaque hardens into calculus (tartar), your hygienist will gently remove it using ultrasonic and hand scaling, including those hard to reach areas.
Your Care Is Personalized
Every smile is different, so your hygiene care should be too. Your hygienist will create a personalized plan based on your gum health, health history, and individual needs.
Our hygienists also use advanced Biofilm Therapy, a warm water spray with a gentle erythritol powder, to effectively disrupt and remove biofilm. It is comfortable, minimally invasive, and followed by ultrasonic and hand scaling as needed.
Depending on your individual needs, your visit may also include fluoride varnish, Silver Diamine Fluoride, or other treatments to support your oral health. Your hygienist may also recommend how often you should come in for cleanings to help prevent problems down the road.
And Yes, We Care About Comfort Too
Dental care should feel good, too. That is why we offer cozy blankets and pillows, stress balls, and even needle free freezing options to help make your visit as comfortable as possible.
Your cleaning is not just about making your teeth feel fresh and polished. It is about understanding your oral health and giving your smile the care it needs.
